WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT TRAVELING TO NEPAL?

Bethanchowk Hiking- Best place to hike near Kathmandu.

It has been a while since I have posted anything related to travel. Today, I am going to share my hiking experience from Bethanchowk, Narayanthan. Bethanchowk is a small beautiful village situated almost 22 kilometers south from Panauti. After about 4 hours of hike form Dhunkharka, we can reach the top. There is a small temple and also a place to stay during the night- if you are willing to spend the night. Bethanchowk, Naranyanthan is the highest hill among all the hills in Mahabharat range, situated at an altitude of about 3000 meter from the sea level. So, it is also known as- King of Hills. view from the summit. The place is quite exotic since we barely saw any people during our way to the top- except for few villagers who were cutting tress or collecting timber or rearing cattle. Pond at Bhaktapur- Siddha Pokhari

It's a holy pond (built by king Yakshya Malla) situated a few minutes walk from the Durbar Square of Bhaktapur. It's also a biggest pond in the city, full of colorful fish of different species. This pond is one of the major tourist attraction in Bhaktapur, where many people come to enjoy their holiday, and feed fish-food to them. It is believed that, when we make a wish and go round the pond, our wish will turn into a reality. And also, when we feed the fish during August, all the obstacles and deterrent of the very year will be solved. This place is also a popular dating spot, where many couples are seen-isolated from this world, lost into their own fictional world, murmuring to each other in a word we hardly can grasp. Reaching Gosainkunda via Sundarijal

Planning is always good as it adds a hope to your life. And most often,I plan to travel. We had been thinking of traveling to Gosainkunda for about 3 months when one fine day, yet it was raining heavily, we decided to hit the trail and trek to Gosainkunda via Sundarijal route. We were the group of 10 people, who had fervent desire to see the holy lake and submerge into the pristine water. On the way to Chisapani. When we reached Chisapani we were already exhausted and pretty hungry. There we found a good hotel where we ordered a lunch and took a sunbathe as the day was clearing out. After a heavy lunch , we headed for Chipling which was the farthest we could possibly reach that day. The hike was quite tough and the trail was slippery, as it began raining in the late afternoon. Also, there were lot of leeches on the way, so we had to be little cautious. Chipling was a sparse settlement of about 10 houses. There were couple of good hotels as well but we decid
